Billy, Glad you made it here.  It sounds like you have a large crew and if that isn't enough you can "pick" on us. Lots of help here. The "How to do it" crew will drive you crazy      You Guys are going to have fun. We pick on each other on the forums so nobody is safe here but don't hesitate to "Fire" back. Of course it's all done in fun. This keeps things from getting too boring.
