My Mae

« on: March 02, 2013, 05:54:40 AM »
I have been working with cars for over 10 years now. Mostly military vehicles. And just about 2 years ago, I started buying beetles. My first buy was a '68. Then a '64, '73, '65, a dune buggy, a 1303 and a couple of junks for spare parts.

I just got my '65 called Mae out for a road test. My son was waiting for almost a year to drive it to school.

I still have my hands full including 2 Toyota Land cruiser. A BJ40 and and FJ40. I always love to explore the net and read forums after forums. I hope to chip in some of my experiences. Not much but who knows.

;D I have not really been full time on the restoration due to some restraint, my business. However, my hands will be full once I retire.

That is a KIA KC2000 model here in the Philippines. A 4 wheel and a real work horse. Attached are some pics of my garage.

That's a nice collection of VW's!  I love the Brasilia!  I wish we had gotten them here in the US.
