help pulling an engine?

« on: September 05, 2012, 11:29:19 AM »
I suppose new to this particular forum. Long story short, almost lost a finger, had surgery last friday and im in the middle of a 91 golf restore. I thought I could do it literally one handed but cant get everything unbolted to pull the engine. Didnt know if a person or couple guys on here wouldnt mind helping me out, ill pay a hundred each and buy you some beers. Its to the point where all i need extra hands for are unbolting the axles, maybe a couple forgotten electrical connections and some shift linkage, then unbolt the mounts and good. About an hour and a half at this point. Once thats done, im good to go from there with the rebuild and body work. I'll update my profile, email will be there, shoot one over if you may be able to help me out one day. Im in north chattanooga. Thanks guys, Chris
