The cigarette lighter for my Cabrio is very shallow.  Several of the things I would plug in just BARELY stay in so every bump in the road shakes it loose.  Since this is my DD, I need to have my phone charger stay plugged in.

I found out how to take everything apart (don't tell Mark I found a screwdriver while in the carpool line  ) I just want to make sure before I commit.

Can I buy a new, deeper socket and replace this one?
