And you changed the sensor? There are 2. The .25 bar (brown or blue usually) goes on the head. The 3.9 (white or black usually) goes on the filter stand. They are prone to going bad.

What weight oil are you using? Spec is 20w50 unless you live in Alaska or cold parts of Wisconsin.

The chart in the Bentley suggests 10w-40. However it's hard to find and as they increase in mileage the extra weight is not going to hurt IMO. It's not turbo charged so you are not pumping molasses into tiny needle bearings.

Change the one on the oil filter stand and I would say your issue will subside.

Make SURE you put the right sensors in the right location!  I didn't realize there were two different pressure values until I put the same sensor in both locations.  I don't remember which one I used (seems like it was the 3.9 bar) . . . but I can tell you, It DID NOT work.   ;)

Your poll man.
I am just saying that if we do #2, perhaps we can eliminate all the possibilities presented by the obviously inferior choice of #1.
But hey, like I said it is your poll.
If you wanted me to pick #1 then you shouldn't have given me a choice and just said point blank, "I am going to do #1, and I don't give a crud what you think...", but no you had to give me a choice, so I vote #2.
Apparently someone else agrees with me in that there are two #2 votes right now and that is trending at 100% of the popular vote.

Good luck with the Dub.
Let us know what fixes it.
