Where to post?

I posted info about car shows and the Great American Race under Gatherings & Events because they were not specifically VW events. They were moved to VW Events. I didn't mind but not sure why they were moved since they were not specifically VW events. So where should I post events that are not specifically VW but I am inviting VW owner to attend? :?

I thought I posted in Gathering & Events. So if VW owners are invited, it doesn't matter if it is not a VW only event to post in VW events?

You were posting in the Gatherings and Events forum in the Picture Gallery category. All events need to go in the VW Events forum so they will appear on our Events page.

And if you enter the date(s) of the event in the "calendar event" section just below the box where you type your post, it will show up on our calendar and on the homepage when it's one of the next three upcoming events.

Keep posting events whether they are exclusively VW events or not! Someday soon I hope to have my remodeling done and I'll actually get to attend some of them . . . I hope.
