Jetta is running , drove a couple of miles down the road and found out I had forgot to put the clip on the temp sensor, parked it till tomorrow
I did that once... on my ex-wife's car (still wife at the time).....
She stopped by late one day after work, had a fault for the temp sensor, I swapped out all cool like, and as I was revving it up to set the readiness code, I heard the "poof-hiss" and saw the cloud of steam... shut it down... and looked.. you know the rest....
Luckily, no damage done, just one really big mess....
