Dang Zen, that's kinda what we were talking about at the last committee meeting! Could be perfect for you. Got any old cars or trucks you could trade him?

But if I traded my old cars and trucks, what would I need with the barn?   ::)

fair enough... it was a thought!

Sent him a text . . . It's located at 414 Glenn St in LaFayette.  It's a narrow, deep level lot.  The barn is tucked in the back corner.  Has a privacy fence down one side (think it's the neighbors.  To keep any "junk" on it, it would require a privacy fence across the front and down the other side as well.  The city frowns on junk cars unless you keep 'em kind'a half-way hidden.

It's probably less than a mile from my house.  Anyone interested in going in on joint "investment?"   8)

Sounds like a solid investment. Have a fence raising party. And you got a shop. No more excuses dune buggy should be running in a month or so

Got anymore information regarding the zoning ordinances? Specifically what its zoned and what the zoning allows on that type of property? My guess is strictly residential. If its Agriculture, you have A LOT more freedom- at least that's my experience up this way. Don't know what its like in Laugh@it. I might could be convinced- just don't tell Megan!

I'm sure it zoned residential.  As long as the neighbors don't complain and you keep it quiet out of sight, the city will pretty much stay off your back . . . but if they ever get on your back, I've heard they can be a real pain in the rear to deal with.

Actually I heard he hooked up a treadle system in each of the front floor boards with belts to each of the reduction gear boxes at each back wheel with long leather belts.
Now he just needs a passenger to help peddle so he can quit going in circles...
It is on a need to know basis, so I am going to be a whistle blower.
It is sooo out of the box it is genius.

Welcome once again, O Great Sage!  I hold in my hand these envelopes. As a child of four can plainly see, these envelopes have been hermetically sealed. They've been kept in a #2 mayonnaise jar since noon today on Funk and Wagnell's porch. No one knows the contents of these envelopes, but you, in your divine and mystical way, will ascertain the answers to these questions having never seen them before.
