My new toy,anybody need a taxi??? :lol:
And the Godfather will be pleased to know its the original engine.It was rebuilt into a 1600 but ......singleport,single carb and it will stay that way.
It aint as purdy in person but shes a runner!

Pics later and the rest of the story after I sleep.Preview...... Ever drove a Samurai 300 miles with no back window in 4th gear to knowhere Alabama for a VW,I have now. :lol:

The trips to knowhere is where the best deals come from. I went to the store for a gallon of milk around two oclock and ended up with a p.o.s. 1969 bug but it has a transaxle and running gear with a beat up body with no windows but it was FREE it don't get no better than that.

You know, about the taxi part. I think it would look really bitchin if you did the blach taxi cab checker board on it but in a comical wavey design down the sides!

I guess the one good thing about us up here is there's no denying that it gets colder up here than a witch's %#@. So that's why we have heated garages. Don't you have one too!
