Amen, travis....

and, for the record, scott.....

nobody wants to hear about your noodle.....

This car is sweet, though.  it has inspired me to get my crap rolling, but ready in time for the show it will not be.

I'll start my own thread as that takes place.

I didn't say anything about MY noodle . Dont bring your perversions into here,it's a family site.

Really enjoying the car,  washed some of the mold off the thing this weekend but not sure if i have enough time to get it going before bp in april.  Sat for 4 years and needs the brakes gone though, i have rebuilt the carb and removed the gas tank.

Drove the beetle last night and got home in the dark and thought it would be nice if the dome light work so i attempted to turn it on and it works and turns on and off with both doors,  so amazing that you can have a car for months and just assume something doesn't work, and all the time it was turned off.

Amazing indeed.. It seems to me that David told me about an old bug that was at his place way back when.  they had basically parted the whole thing out, and he went out to get something out of it or haul it off, and the darned door buzzer was still working in the car.
.... Oh, and my 64 Bus that i have now, the e-brake actually works and even holds the bus stil and everything...

It's all about the small things in life...

Working dome light... that's like a working tag light...
