When you start to work on the rust around the windshield if it's rusted through to the point it needs new metal welded in, let me know . . . I think I know of a super beetle sedan that might be a perfect doner.  I don't believe it would be too hard to cut out and replace that whole panel.

Other than that, looks like it just needs love.  There's nothing like cruising in a bug with the top down on a warm summer night.   :cool:
