Well David that is what real bad sleep apnea is.I wish I could find an answer.I'm going to try the cpap machine again soon but this is what happens.I'm not going to talk about it anymore because I kind of think you know why I don't get any sleep.I do enjoy reading what ya;ll say on here.Keeps me focused on the vw scene.David if your problems ever get this bad you at least need to go to the Dr.You need your sleep and so do I.I hope you just don't have or get what I have because it's bad but for anyone reading this that may have this I can tell you it's bad and I have become somewhat an authority on it.I won't give up.David if you are getting up too much to use the bathroom get your prostate or how ever you spell it checked.Don't let that keep you up.

I have no experience with cleaning and detailing a buggy. I figure the same procedure would apply to fiberglass as metal since there is a cleae coat over the pain.

My routine is to start with detailers clay and completely go over the vehicle. Then wash and rinse. I then dry down the vehicle and apply the wax. I prefer Maguires 26 myself. We recently purchased a 3 step cleaning kit and a variable speed polisher. Josh did his 03 Mustang ( like it needed it   ) a short time ago.  It really did make the car stand out.

I did the 2006 Dodge Ram we purchased a couple of weeks ago with my routine and it does make even a new vehicle stand out. I am a firm believer in the detailers clay to get the old wax, and other impurities off the clear coat.
