Hey Thanks Guy,  It does have heat, but not on the engine. The heater tubes are in the body , but need some attention. Hell the whole car needs attention. Shouldn't be a great big deal to bring back. The floor pans might get replace, but it depends on what mood I'm in when I strip her down. This car is definitely worth saving no matter what I find lurking down in the bowels. I guess the top stuff is about same as yours despite some suttle changes. It has top snaps everywhere.  I wonder if there is anybody that has a list of the Allison vin #s dates of mfg.  ?

Dolphe. I doubt I could get the Buggy really road worthy by then. To many things to deal with. Besides that ,there is  this other project thats way behind like my faux 1943 Type-82 E   radio recon car with all Barndoor/ Kubel  running gear. The chassis is done and just the body to deal with. I just thought I had retired. Linda told me never say never. I'm going to have to go back in business so I can rest.
I heard you have a new tiny little "critter" at your house. I hope all is going well :thumbs-up:

David,
          Thanks for the well-wishing...
But what little critter? :? Neither
two nor four legged, nor four-
     wheeled, for that matter!

I think Bugtech is realining the dasher parts launcher to hit Flower branch. Mabey he'll give us a break I'm getting kind of tired of dodging them.

It's kind of funny that people call them old dune buggys. When some of them are very rare. But theres probley more old dune buggys out there than rare ones

Correct your windage. I think the lure of old free rusty craped out VW parts are swaying the good judgement of  Sandford---er I mean Scott & Son. I guess the next thing we will hear is that Scott is spending a lot of time at the Tanning Saloon and has traded his Dodge P.U. for a red 1950 Ford f-100
