its easy enough to pick up with one person...but incredibly awkward to lift onto a vehicle! I picked it up by one of the side rails and walked with it banging against my shin. I don't know of a good guess- I wasn't thinking weight!

Well... A google image search of uhaul car top carrier pops up a photo of a bu with one on it. It was from an expired samba ad for $600 last spring. I don't anticipate it going for that kind of money... But I'll aim high and see where offers land.
