Is your buddy keeping the tunnel?
I still have that owner's manual for the pink car...

That owners' manual has the OEM engine # and such in it as well as the OEM dealer card.  If he isn't going to keep the tunnel and serial it is a moot point.
Let me know if he is going to run that serial or the original pan he has for the other body.

Yes he is going to keep the tunnel,  they are split right now and he is going to replace the floor pans,
