73 Karman ghia

Well I did it,  said I wouldn't but I picked up another air cooled project ,  needs front and rear bumpers,  front calipers, motor, dash pad to name a few,  if you have any of these let me know I may be interested

I love the look of the bumper brackets . . . it's screaming for a WWII Flying Tiger themed paint job.   ;D

They are coming out of the wood work,  told a buddy I was looking for parts,  all the sudden we are looking at another 71 for sale

Ordered a majority of the brake parts from rock auto,  just missing the left caliper and master cylinder,  gonna get some better pictures of what I am starting with

Brake parts came yesterday day,  calipers have spot for 2 pins, pads have one in the center,  will post up pictures,  wonder if they will work,  the pads for in the calipers

There were 2 types of calipers, gurling and another one. They are not interchangeable. I ordered stacked calipers, good luck.

Looks like the most popular are the 2 pin,  the pads were so cheap I'll just get some more, gonna pull some out of the junk yard car for spare parts bolts pins etc
