still needs pans though. I keep jumping from the rabbit to the squareback to the beetle....cant have one of 'em getting jealous of the others!

Nice little ride. I hope you don't alter the Bug so much that it would make it difficult to restore back to a total original '63 someday. In the "before" pic , the Bug looks to be in pretty good shape. Other than the pans,is it ?

thank you sir. it has 44 years of bumps and bruises some rust and some bondo. It definately ain't no Arizona car! It does have some history with it as in; I'm the 2nd owner, OG window sticker (documenting the accessory pop-out quarter glass and sunvisors! ), owners manual, OG service booklet (full) and then all the receipts for services from the SAME garage that maintained it until the early 90s when it was taken out of service!

Sadly, I'm not a purist so plans do call for some modifications.........but the bug is rough and I paid too much for it so I'm keeping right in line with making good decisions    :thumbs-up:

Very nice, nuthin like an og black bug on sprints. :thumbs-up: I'm just happy to see something thats not a super.
