If anyone has a type 3 case I would be interested in buying it or trading for a type 1 case. Open offer, just want a spare for the spare.

I may have one cracker.  What happened to the other universal case you had?

I'll look around and see.

Keep it up you still have 10 more months of your year in hell before the Ghia calms down and behaves.

In 2 weeks it will have very few untouched parts left on it and be back on the road. You shoulda tore the guys arm off if he woulda traded.
The original motor is cleaned up and ready to rebuild I just didnt want to until I found the correct parts and sent them to Rimco, but I may get desperate now.

hey i am leaving my newer house to move into my older house that needs the money spent on it. That is why i am selling my beetle for way less than i have spent on it. Have $4200 in it and selling it now for $2500. Life and VW ownership is very interesting.
