Early t3 wheels Russ are a 15". they look similar to early bus 15s, but i think the offset is different. 

Here's a pic i found on the samba for some early notch wheels...



Wierd, though.. the one in the back (top if photo) looks like a stock beetle wheel.. the other three are correct for early t3 stuff.
