If you really want one, I have a rolling pan. It's a balljoint, IRS unit that is solid, has full brakes at the wheels but no master cylinder or lines that can be used both floor pans are already gone, probably not a big deal for you if you need to shorten it anyway. There is a full beam with steering gearbox and I can probably square you away with a steering column and a jacked up steering wheel.
I also have a pair of front seats for a late model Beetle I can throw in the deal too. No title, just bill of sale.
