I have 1 aircooled Vanagon head. This is for a 1980-83 aircooled vanagon. It has been cleaned at a machine shop and put on a shelf.  I had to buy a complete engine just for a single head and this is the left over.  The other head worked great right off the engine.  I also have the case if anyone is interested. $50.00

I have a '75 aircooled, I believe that this head will fit. Is that right?
Thanks, also interested in the block if it can be mounted in a bus.

Not the same heads or block.  The block can be used as a regular type 4 replacment BUT there are some differences like the cast in breather.  The heads are specific for Vanagon and maybe some very late 79 Bay windows. They have a different exhaust flange shape and do not use the standard copper seal.  I may have a standard type 4 2.0 case, will have to check tomorrow.
