Hello, I was wondering if the group's members have a list of reputable parts dealers, local and online. At the moment I'm having trouble finding fuses for Ethyl a '69 bus.
Thanks for your help

Online, I buy mostly from
Bus Depot
,
CIP1
, or
GoWesty
. Locally, Tri-State Import in Cleveland or American Foreign in Dalton. You can find their addresses here:

For used parts, check our classifieds here, or ads on
The Samba
. VW shows are also a good place for parts, I usually stock up on things like fuses there. How many do you need? I probably have extras.

I second the VW Show thing Russ mentioned. You can usually find new stuff at mail order prices in the swap meet, but you don't have to pay shipping . . . and most of the time you don't have to pay sales tax . . . and you get to hold the parts in your hands and look 'em over good before you hand over your cash! Plus, swap meets at most shows have both new and used parts for sale.
