It's a 68, not a 72.  And it isn't on cinder blocks, it's sittin' on it's tires . . . even if they are flat.

:-k  . . . $1500 and it yours.

The top end was slightly freshened up (honed the cylindars, new rings, new gaskets, lapped valves) about 4 years ago and it has less than 100 miles on it since then.  Only problem is my son informed me a couple of weeks ago that he thinks the wrist pin clip he lost one evening when him and friend were looking at it "may" have "somehow" "accidentally" got "dropped" into the case.  :x

So, it really needs the engine removed and the top end pulled apart again to check for extra wrist pin clip in the case . . . and if I was doing it again, I'd go ahead and put new exhaust valves, pistons/cylinders and push rod tubes while I had it apart.

Overall, it's a pretty decent car.  I've just never taken the time to do anything with it.  I probably never will.  I've got a little over $1500 in it, and with just a little work it would be worth more than that, so I really can't afford to go much lower . . . but I will deliver it to your door for that.  I'll even consider financing it for you if you really want it.  I'd love to see it go to someone who "appreciates" autosticks.  And Joy REALLY wants it either on the road or out of the back yard!    Let me know if you are interested.
