How in the world did you tear ALL forward gears out ?  Do you have rev. gear ?   Is it grinding and making all kinds of really bad sounds while trying to go forward or backing up ?    If so, you may have taken a spider gear out in the diff.  I have also seen the center of the clutch disc break out causing the same problem but less noise sometimes. Did you strip a drum out?
Try to find parts for a split case will be hard to do if you are sure thats what it is. I will have a `64 swing axle in a few days I hope, but I don't have any history on it. If you are sure about having a split case and change it over to a Tunnel tranny more than likely you will have a front mount issue. You can call me and we will talk about what you can do. :(

Ah !  A  "Dinasours Wrecktus"  Boone ,If you don't know if it is any good, you might ought to put it back in the shed.  These little "boxes" were tough as nails as long as you remembered you had to stop to go to first gear or mastered the art of double clutching. Drivers would shed teeth off the mainshaft in the process. I suspect that your tranny is a middle to late`50s with that 102B number. We use to replace the mainshaft with the new and improved  "B" style. That shaft was one piece from the front of the main case to the clutch. About 2ft long.  Enough aleady
I will take the wiper "stuff" as long as both speeds work and it will "park" Send me your mailing address and I will get a M.O. off to you if thats OK with you :thumbs-up:
