I have a friend who has a runner,  i could contact him if you are interested, not sure of the price,  he said there was a leak at one of the cylinders between the block,  but it ran strong.

I got an answer, he said 300 for the long block with oil cooler,  fuel pump(?) and some shims and new rear seal.  He said it is an AE block.  Let me know your email address and i can put you guys in touch.  We went to high school together and found each other on freecycle,  he has a sweet single cab.  It used to be my nieghbors in st elmo.

Yes he said it was a strong running motor,  he suggested replacing the pushrod seals while the engine is out but that's all
