Is your hubby putting a ford engine in it so he'll be more comfortable with it?

Hey he can now change a spark plug at warp speed :) There is nothing wrong with her motor we have just decided (once I save the money) to drop a new one in there to keep him sane. He has his Fairlane in the shop getting restored. The plan was as soon as FeeBee is running good he could start on his car...Well. we have come to the conclusion that FeeBee will always need SOMETHING so he went ahead and put his in because at this rate he would be 106 before FeeBee is running good.

All ways need something ??    How about a new transmission . A new engine ?
Have you priced a NEW engine ?  How about $ 2,500 to $ 2,700. for one of those factory new long blocks. Now the problem with that is you have to use all the same CRAP on the outside that you have now. Same problem. You use to have great engine. There ain't no telling what you have now that everybody from the car wash to pepper pickers has done something to the poor thing. I guess its true that you can buy them books, send them to school and they still eat the damn pages.  I thinking about becoming a Monk . Dang !!!!

Somewhat.  1864 screw steam Picket Boat.  1 6pd deck cannon , 1 20ft  spar torpedo. Boat was 35 feet long and was a converted steam Launch. Model will be 35inches long . R.C. control. Something that I was always interested in doing.

Does that mean it'll only have a 9.6 oz. cannon?
I can see David now, sinking the other model ships.
Arrrgh Matey, light them up!
