I must be living right. Tim Hayes from Clandler N.C. ( Tim is the fellow that had the `51 Split  that he drove down to BP-7)  called me last night  to inform me that he is sending a set of rare  orig. Kdf tail lights to me for Reinhart . My Goodness !!!!!!
Tim and Tina says Hello and that they had a great time at BP-7. He also said that he just barely got his head back in the car after wining 5 trophys.  Didn`t susprise me.

What did their 51 win?  Oldest, First in Class, Best Engine, and the You Drove THAT from WHERE? Spirit Award . . . what was the 5th one?

I know they were REALLY, REALLY close to taking a couple of other Best Of trophies too.  That is one sweet car!  If I could have had my pick of any car in the show to take home with me, that would have been the one.

That little car was a "No Brainer" for me also Zen. What is more amazing is that Tim drives this little jewell around. Thats what I would do with it. Whats the use of having something like that Bug and then keep it hidden in the garage.
