Engine tin needed!

« on: January 06, 2012, 12:09:58 AM »
I need the piece of tin that goes towards the backside of the crank pulley and seals against the engine compartment. Anyone got one easily available? I'd be willing to pick it up tomorrow. I also need the front piece that goes over the bell housing for a doghouse cooler. I would pick that up too if you got one!

Please help me out!

Bus or Beetle?
I have a set of the under pulley back tin from an early (i.e 65) beetle as well as a late.
I may have a back (firewall side) top tin that is for a late beetle with cooler.
LMK.
I may still want that bus engine you have with the carbs as a spare.
I'll be around some tommorow if your in for a drive down.
Call me,
706-980-5313
Thanks,
KC

Thanks for the reply KC, I found the piece on the pulley side earlier. I am interested in the piece for the firewall side though! I will be traveling with Zen down to pull-a-part tomorrow and might give you a call on the way back if thats ok? If you're not available, no worries.

Thanks!

Oh yeah, and I'm in need of the two pieces that go on the underside of the cylinder tin, on either side of the pulley (the ones that are small and funny shaped- the screws go through the cylinder tin and pulley tin into them).
