I have the side step that fits into the jack points under the sliding door of a bus.  One of the brackets has been broken but I had it repaired (welded repair)  If anyone is interested, I am taking offers.  Please contact me via email at vwstuart@comcast.net

I don't know what years this step is for, but I have another one just like it on my '72 bus.  I was looking at the classifieds section on www.thesamba.com, and found an add for a step that looks like the one I have.  The link to the add is:

This add lists the years for the step as fitting a split window bus, but I have mine on a bay window, so maybe the jack points are the same spacing, and it will fit both old and new style busses.
