bus sheet metal needed

« on: November 07, 2007, 11:51:41 AM »
OK, folks (primarily you bus part hoarders-you know who you are...)

I'm looking for a piece of type 4 sheet metal for a '74 1800 bus engine.
It's located at the front of the engine and covers the small area of the cylinder head, area of #3 cylinder. screws together with the upper bellhousing/firewall piece from above.  It looks like a 4-5" crumpled up square of sheet metal formed to go around the head cooling fins.  Really needing one before I put the engine back in. If anybody has one, let me know.  Like I said, I'm delaying putting an engine back in until I can find one.  Thanks.
Rick
