Bug,  would it make the front a little narrower?,  hadn't thought about using it for the ghia?

AFAIK, the difference is in the Spindles and Disk set up.
If you went to Drum Brakes (beetle) I think that you gain about 1" total.
The tubes are the same...
I need a Ghia beam to build the 3.5" narrowed adjustable I have that is just tubes and springs.
I want to go with all new steering box tie rod ends and the adjustable Ball Joints that I have.

With my schedule the beam will take a while to build and I do not want the ghia to be dead in the water that long...

Why not just narrow the bug beam a little less?

I believe the beams are the same; its the bolt on stuff that is different.

Sounds like KC has a beam to build, but wants another ghia beam for all of the bolt on stuff in order to keep down time to a minimum. He could just build a spindle to spindle and swap it out easy peasy.

So Nick, in that pile of stuff you have - any ghia beams?
Thanks...

Nope! I don't have anything for them. Are the tie rods different? Steering box? Seems like everything should be exactly the same except the brakes and spindles

Bingo.
I just need a beetle set up and Ghia spindles, or just a Ghia beam.
I plan on cutting the tie rods and word on the street is that they are tapped long enough to cut some off each end and not have to re-tap on a 3" narrowed (.75" off each end of each tie rod to equal the 3", then just re-weld the clamp and bamo! narrowed tie rods...
