Must you constantly remind me of this?     Why else do you think my wife and I had a child?  That's real close to a guaranteed friend.  Yes, I did say close.

JR, Do you know for sure that the motor is burned up or just stuck ? Wiper shafts stuck? These are common ailments. Those 6V motors are pretty tough but  just slow or he just doesn't have one period .

What David said cept I disagree there real fast if you hook em up to 12volts. well at least for a minute or 2. it's pretty hard to kill one the one on my 62 seemed broken so I took it out cleaned and sprayed the shafts with break free and it works fine. Hard to find used ones ,I'd say try the swap area at BP11.

I'm not sure of his symptoms.  I just know he said it does not work.

I have fixed a lot of old motors by taking them apart, cleaning the armature, flatting the brushes, and putting them back together.  Kinda tricky, though.... they like to fly apart, tricky to reassemble.

I have a wiper motor from a 66 Bug.All the bulbs and relays were 6 volt,so I guess the motor is.I do not know if it works, but if someone can tell me how to check a wiper motoe I can check it.If it works I will take $20.00 for it.
