Over the last year I have had several buyer make offers and have me arrange the car the way they wanted it only to have them not show up with the cash or try to negotiate a lower price at the end of the deal.

Thats why I decided to put most of it back to stock and leave the beam.
I can and will pull the beam upon the buyers request and return the car to stock after it has been paid for in full. No price negotiation for pulling the beam. I'll pull it and keep it for the time it takes to do it because its a major pain!

Ive said it before"This may be the last chance" Now its true if I dont sell it It's going back stock and being restored for weekend driving.

The 67 is on jack stands in my garage at this time.  I removed the engine and wheels for my 62.
I will very slowly be tearing it down to restore.

1st step will be removing the narrowed beam and putting in a stock beam with adjusters.
2nd step is to clean up the pans and such and order the seat covers and small detail stuff.
After I have all the parts I want for my "vision" I'm tearing her apart for media blasting, powder coat and paint.

Until I take her off the pan she can be had for the right price or right trade. After I tear it down then I'm commited to finish it. I will sell it when I'm done but the price will be way higher.

Right now it would need a motor and 2 rear tires replaced to be a good daily. I would consider offers between 4k - 5k. Trades? 64 and below.
Waterpumpers? maybe....depends I guess. Anyways I still have her but would give her up to a good home if need be.

I haven't had time to mess with the 67.

Beam is stil 4 inch narrowed with cb drops.
4.5 chromies on front with  good 135's
Wide 5 chromies on back needs new tires on them.
Needs front bumper,2 rear tires and motor to be a daily.

Plans change I dont have the space to restore, new project forces me to let it go.

Towable with tow bar,Buyer gets all my 67 only stockpile of parts and a year correct block in case they want the "correct" motor . There's alot of parts that go with it. Several decklids, breathers, all kinds of stuff.

I know every nook and cranny of this bug.I know everything that has been done or may ever need to be done. I'm selling for about what I paid for it before I did all the work. Save yourself the headache and buy mine.

I set the 67 aside for a friend of mine but no cash has changed hands and I need it out of the way so I can get my newest project delivered.
I'm willing to work with someone within reason. I will reconfigure the suspension or even build them a motor for cost and install it! This lil guy needs to be on the streets not under a tarp.

Updated post, Car is available and priced for what I paid for it before I spent 1/2 a money tree and hours of busted knuckles on it.

No jokes, interested buyers should come see it and bring cash. I'm beyond reasonable at this point. I'm willing to do some of the work for the buyer at cost or whatever to get the 67 out of my garage and back on the street where it belongs. Willing to throw in some spare parts as well.

If I get one more flakey buyer I'm gunna have to seek therepy and I probably already need it. The only thing else I could do is to move it into storage, build a motor for it and sell it BP in the spring. i don't really want to do that to the lil guy. :(

For clarification 4k gets the car all the spare parts I have for it and a buildable 67 block. I could let it go fractionaly cheaper depending on what the buyer wants and how they want the suspension setup.Stock front end or adjutable non narrowed front end are options. Afterall alot of the money was spent in the front end suspension. Not that it matters but I paid around 4k for the car before making it a relibale daily driver.I am willing to work with someone on it but I wont do anything to it until the purchase price is agreed upon and paid in full.

Car is curently registered and titled in my name so no paper work hassles to deal with. I might consider trades plus cash but I really just need the cash and the space.

I would consider trades as well as long as I get at least $1500 in cash. If the money tree resprouts in my yard anytime soon or I sell something else then I would consider straight up trades as well.

Terms are agreed on,cash in hand...and the 67 is going to my friend Shawn. I feel pretty good about it since he's like my brother and I've known him for 20 years.
Thats the good thing, bad thing is I still have to work on it for him until he gets it all figured out.
