Im probably going to turn it over to a friend in Chattanooga. It will hopefully be at bugapalooza and if anyone wants to buy it there they can. Thats my final effort to sell it,after that I'm going to have it shipped to Texas and keep it.

Right now i dont have time to mess with this lil car. I was going to have it toted down to the show but it seems that might not happen either. Im having second thoughts on selling it now anyways.

Im back and forth on if I want to sell this lil car or not but reality is a mutha.
Im never going to have the time or cash to ship this car across the US.
i'll take 3k cash for it if anyone can get it real soon. If not I gotta find it a new home else where. cant just let it sit where it is. It deserves to hit the roads.

Thanks fellas but for the same reason I cant keep this one I cant really do any trading on it.
Im trying to keep it in mind that the resale market is crap right now so I priced it as low as I could. I put more than $3500 in parts in it. Believe it or not rebuilding a 40hp to factory specs actually cost more than a 1600...go figure. Its pretty much an exact remake of my 62 blue bug and I drove that car everywhere. Only difference is I decided to keep the 40 in it.

I really hope it goes to a good home and it doesnt get "improved" to much.

Please see my typical "If I had any money and not 2 projects already working" comment.....  ::)

I like this little beetle bug.

Somebody needs to buy it up.

In about an hour it's going to belong to my friend Johnny.
I got one offer from chattanooga for $2200....the suspension work would cost that much.....so no thanks.

I guess there's just too many pre 64 OG lowered bugs in Chattanooga? It is what it is I guess? Hard time to sell anything.

Sold!!! She's going to a friend in Michigan. I let her go cheap but I'm happy with the new owner and his plans to keep it original and crusty.

No doubt now he needs to trade it back for the oval and the circle will be complete.
