Unless I'm terribly wrong, that is the truck Alan Charles had at the Bug Barn and I believe it was at BP5. :)

They are supposed to be easy to shorten . . . I wonder how hard it would be to lengthen it?  ???  A '54 Single Cab with semiphores sure would be sweet.

Yep.  It was at BP-5.  Several of us have seen it before . . . as it did use to belong to Alan Charles of Joppa, AL.  It sat outside the "Bug Barn" for several years.  Charles always claimed that he would never part with it, and that someday when he came across the right "doner" truck, he was going to lengthen it back to it's original size.  There would be a LOT of work in doing that, but if someone had the time, money, and skill this would be a great restoration project.  When's the last time you saw a single cab with semiphores?   ???

That would be one cool Fomula Vee Hauler!  After all, it was originally built for hauling a VW race car. Not just any old car either.  The seller claims it is the ORIGINAL, ONE AND ONLY, EMPI Inch Pincher transporter.  It still has the winch used to pull the Inch Pincher on to the bed.
