I miss Pintos. Back in my high school days, one of our favorite sports was "Pinto Popping" . . . strap a 6 X 6 to the front bumper of your pickup and drive around town looking for Pintos stopped at a red light and POP . . . It was the next best thing to watching the launch of a Saturn 5! You know, that might explain why there aren't many of them around today . . . :lol:

One of the greatest scenes in a movie ever. "Top Secret" when they are being pursued by the east germans, they shoot out the tires, and the East Germans come screeching to a halt, noticing a Ford Pinto in front of them.... they almost make it.... a slight "ding" noise..... and a gigantic explosion. :lol:
