Called him and he stated that it is overheating if you drive it any distance.  He also said he "built" the engine using leftover used parts and it IS leaking oil....
Still it is running and mine isn't....

Now you know why it's a "gas saver". It will save you lots of gas when you have to park it on the side of the road and walk home!
