Here we have my 89 VW Cabriolet in a one year only color option for the wolfsburg edition, the rare Star Blue Metallic with matching wheels and one year only matching interior, similar to the "helios blue" interior. Cosmetically, the car is in good shape for its age, with Euro Tailight conversion as well as single headlight grille conversion.
Engine information: Engine is a professionally swapped G60 from a VW Corrado with matching rebuilt Corrado transmission, 4 puck clutch, Peloquin limited slip differential, Lysholm twin screw supercharger (yes it is loud), and just about every BBM part available for these engines. Currently the engine is a stage 4 setup with BBM cam. The car also has a VW Corrado cable shifter installed to better match the transmission. This engine and transmission setup was built and personally owned by Perry at S&P Automotive before I purchased the setup from Perry last spring. Install was professionally done at S&P, with their modified engine and transmission mounts for a perfect fit. Anyone who knows them has probably seen pictures of this engine in Perry's VW truck. Car also has new axles/cv joints, new water pump, and new timing belt.
Exhaust: Techtonics 2.25 inch cat back exhaust setup
This engine is extremely powerful and fast, making this car more of a toy than a daily driver. I dont really have the time to enjoy it, so its time to sell. No Joyrides.
