This Chick is going to have to real.  I talked Richard through the engine rebuild and I did the transmission. This was when the car was painted its org. light Blue and had all its chrome window trim. It perfect in every way,But there is no way this car is worth $10,000 - $13,000. If someone buys this car for that price is nuts. This would make every rolling junker in the country worth a whole lot more money.

Oh, sure, they can ASK that kind of money for it.... but come on...

I really think that prices on these little cars have gotten out of control.  The bad part of this one is that they think they have a prime restored car there.  What they have is a decent daily driver.  Kind of like the Thing we donated for the Breast Cancer Auction.  It was touted as a "restored" thing.  Actually, it was sporting a new coat of paint, new seat covers and top.... and that is about it.
The worst thing about this car is that somebody's gonna drive a long way to buy it and realize then what they would actually be getting.

Been there, done that.

Rick ,This car was a "ground up" restoration about 2 years old but it was not a Daily driver and its not a $10,000 -$13,000 car no matter what they say.

It belongs to one of the Coker employees.  I want it too but just not in the finances for me at this time.  He told me he would take my project in on trade, but still not in the finances for me.

The funny thing is I was talking to Rick about that car and he was talking about one he had seen on E Bay and last night we found out we were talking aboutthe same car  Great minds think alike...But I need to fix my junk before I take on something else.

Rick has worked on that car.  He tried to sync the carbs but I don't believe he was successful.

You said the BAD word: Duel Carbs
Bugs with duel carbs is like owning a tank.  You work on it all week so you can drive it on the weekends then you do it all over again so you can drive it the next weekend .   It never ends and I don't give a damn when some people tell me what an EXPERT they are on duel carbs and turbo's . What they have done is take a 100,000 mile engine and make a 3000 mile engine out of it if they are lucky . They also lie alot
