2005 Passat wagon

« on: May 25, 2014, 01:50:06 PM »
Just seeing if there is any interest in this,  I've had the car for a while And ready to move on,  the only thing really wrong with it is after the new trans was put in it is throwing a code for a torque converter fault,  research says it could be the converter,  a sensor or the fact that I put a different trans in and the tcm doesn't match.  Kinda tired of messing with it,  have new glow plug,  passed emmisions , runs great,  drove it to gatlinburg ,  put over 1000 mile with this fault and it shifts good and doesn't slip,  asking 4500 as isbike rack not included

What gas mileage did you get going through the mountains?
Thx.
