I think someone picked it up. I compared my photos to his and I noticed some distinct similarities. I hope he got it for less than the guy was asking and I'm glad it was saved, but I am a little bummed that someone finally gave that guy money.
And now that guy is saying its a "texas vehicle"...rust is there, but not bad... it was pretty solid, but I waded across the creek to see this one. It wasn't in texas.
Anyone want a 71 westy for $3500?

Wow 950 plus a can of starter fluid and a tow doesn't seem like it upped the value to 3500

He said it was "originally from Texas." I thought it was "originally" from Germany.
