"Wanted" Cheap bus for Guitar

« on: December 11, 2008, 06:37:16 AM »
I'm thinking,  Dangerous as it is.  to get a bus with a bad motor, Then stick my subaru motor in it.  I have a 63 Gretch Clipper hollow body to trade or sell/trade.  Any way,  its always cool to show off a guitar.  SC

That is a nice guitar you might do better to look up the resale price on it. There are collectors who might buy it from you.

I think is worth about  400,  I see them online for more. I paid 350 for it  think 20 year ago. I had a luthier in Atlanta set the intonation and install  bridge with little rollers.  I could not keep it in tune with the Bigsby bridge.  Which i have around here somewhere.  I would rather just get a regular bridge with out the wammy.

this post talks about it
