I just spoke with the owner of this car for about 10 minutes.  I was prepared to drive to Covington, GA tomorrow to purchase.  He informed me that a man from SC was driving over to look at it lunchtime tomorrow.  I asked was it first come, first serve or did this guy have first dibs on it.  Of course, he has first dibs.  He told me that the man said no matter the shape he would buy it.  I was pretty po'd.  Anyway, here is what was for sale.
