:alien:  It starts at 10:00 doesn't it?  9:30 should be soon enough don't you think?  That's what time I'm planning on showing up unless y'all think we need to be there earlier.  Is someone bringing the E-Z Ups?  Do we need to bring anything else?

If we need something to just kill time while we are there . . .  I'm driving my bus up, and I have some new tubes of glass chalk.  The Florida Bug Jam poka-dots are getting old, but they won't wash off.  My only option is to cover them up . . .  so maybe we could do a "Paint-A-Bus" while we're there . . .   :lookaround:

someone should take plenty of bp.4 flyers.

remember, this is (as of now) our main event sponsor for bp.4 and i have also worked out an ongoing ad campaign for the VolksFolksNEWS with vw of chattanooga.

we need a great showing to let them see we are worth all the $$s they are throwing our way.

have fun y'all!!

Hey there,
I talked to Steve Marlin today and he said we can show up anytime from 9:00 AM on...
I also asked him what our role was to be and he said that we just set up like we would at a show and promote our club. Drive your VW there, if possible (he kind of hinted at "air-cooled" to show the public the early beginnings of VW, also to show cooperation with the classic car owners, I think), but drive the one you have (or love). :inlove:  That is one thing that I thought we should do.  Also, I asked if they needed our help doing other things.  He said he had plenty of help, but if they do need it, he will ask.
I have one (1) EZ-Up and will bring it.  I have T-shirts, BP4 flyers, business cards, only a few newsletters, window decals, and various other club stuff that I will bring.  How about a table?  I do have a small one, but a bigger one would help.  Any one else have something to bring?
Also, let's see if we can work out a plan of "manning" the booth in shifts, or something, because I "may" not be able to stay all day... :lookaround:

We had a pretty good turn out . . . It'd of been nice if "highs in the 50s" had of shown up though!

:colgate:  Joy's mom won one of the car seats they were giving away.  Jesse's old seat has seen its better day and we needed to buy a new one so that worked out great!  :colgate:

:questions:  Also, I think I left one of my chairs at the dealership . . . it's one of my yellow ones with the nice green mildew spots where I put it up wet   . . . and it had one of those "Titan Up" T-Shirts laying on it.  If anyone is up that way (VW Boy??) and spots it, please grab it for me . . . and you can keep the T-Shirt if it's still with it.  Thanks!   :alien:
