Volks Folks December Meeting/Christmas Party

The December monthly meeting (and Christmas Party) of the Scenic City Volks Folks will be on Monday, December 16th, 2002.  As usual, the meeting will be held at Wally's in East Ridge, TN (Ringgold Rd. @ I-75) at 7:00 PM.

Please bring an inexpensive VW related gift and join in the fun as we exchange the gifts "Chinese Auction" style!

Sorry I couldn't make it. I had planned to, but my brother's dream (buying the bike shop he's work at for most of his adult life) finally came true today and I had to help him celebrate.

Sorry you missed it!  We had a great time.  But we know that family is important, so we forgive you for missing this one.  By the way, which bike shop is it that he bought?  I know the owners of East Ridge bike shop...he didn't buy them out, did he?  
Thanks to everyone for the gifts that we received.  I am a Volkswagen nut!  Talia appreciates that no one took her gift away.

He (and a partner) bought Owen Cyclery. It's in Hixson, kinda between Lowe's and Home Depot.

(I did buy a really cool bike rack there that fits the New Beetle and even comes in some matching colors.)
