All Volkswagen show once again held at beautiful and historic Tannehill State Park in McCalla, Alabama, 30 miles south of downtown Birmingham, AL. Camping is available on the show site and elsewhere in the park (see http://www.tannehill.org for camping fees) The show is Saturday August 24, 2013 from 9am-4pm. Show car entries are $15 day of show ($10 pre-registration), New parts vendors $25, Swap meet spaces $5. No spectator fee however note there is a fee to enter the park.

Looks like it's just me.

I got there mid-afternoon on Saturday. Unpacked, set up camp, and then proceeded to walk around and check things out...but by that point, it looked like most everyone had packed up and left.

The turnout was really good, way up from the last two years. I'm not sure when you showed up but we gave out awards a little after 3pm and as usual, once that's over people tend to clear out and head home.

I did have a nice campsite though.
