June Volks Folks Meeting

The next monthly meeting of the Scenic City Volks Folks will be held at the China Moon Buffet at 7:00 PM Monday, June 19th. China Moon is located in the Eastgate Town Center (the old Eastgate Mall) on Brainard Road between Holiday Bowl and Wal-Mart.

Since we had a light turnout at our May meeting, we decided to move all "business" matters to the June meeting.  At this meeting we will be wrapping up a few business items dealing with Bug-A-Paluza 8, nominating club officers for the upcoming year and then getting down to the business of HAVING FUN! The show season is shifting into high gear and there are tons of upcoming VW events that we can talk about attending!

All members, former members, folks who think they might be interested in becoming members, VW owners, VW enthusiast, VW fanatics, and people who are just curious and want to try to figure out what we're all about . . . in other words EVERYONE is invited to come join us for an evening of good food, good folks and lots of fun in family environment.

Yep.  The third Monday of every month!   :wink:

I just figured it up . . . we've had 100 meetings!  Tonight will make 101.  This will make the 100th monthly meeting of the Volks Folks that I've attended.  I missed ONE about 5 years ago to see my nephew graduate high school.   8)

Hey Scott, Sorry you didn't make the meeting held every 3rd Monday night of each month at the China Moon. I belive it was posted serveral times on the message board and in English yet. :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

Are you guys serious????? The third Monday nite of each month??? Maybe we should start changing it around so we can confuse folks???

How long has it been the third Monday, you ask? I think for at least 8 or 9 years now. It seems like when we first started out, it was a different night but I can't remember that far back.

Just ribbin ,I know where and usally when. Somethin always comes up. Any chance of ever getting away from china moon? Nothin personel just not a huge fan of the food.One of these days I'll have to show up to search down my goodie baf from BP8 unless somebody ebayed it by now. :lol:
