There's a big open car show at the Walker County Civic Center every Labor Day (first Monday in September).  Our club ran registration and judged the show for 4 or 5 years, but it got too big for us about 4 years ago.  Last count I heard was around 350+ cars and trucks . . . they have everything from antiques to hot rods to muscle cars to tuners.  They also had a pretty decent size swap meet for a local open car show.
