The Ringgold Downtown Partners are holding a cruise-in on Saturday, October 27th and we have been invited to attend. There is no registration fee and all makes and models are welcome.

Check-in begins at 1:00 PM for registration and at 3:00 PM, there will be a parade. Then at 3:45 PM all cars to be judged will be displayed at First Baptist Church, City Hall, Court House, Cleburne Street and Tennessee Street. Judging will be from 6:00 to 6:30 PM.

If you aren't familiar with downtown Ringgold, take I-75 S to exit 348 and turn left. At the 4th traffic light, turn right onto Nashville St. Travel approximately 1 mile down Nashville St to the festivities.

Attached is a flyer for the event. It says door prizes and "car smashing" will add to the fun of the day (hopefully not one of ours!).

Fozzie, The girls and I went and it was COOOOLD.  Lotsa fun and won a torx screwdriver set from the new Advance Auto.
There were probably only 30 cars there, and the only other VW was a sweet looking '67.
It was Maroon. The "classic" division was won by a 1985 cutlass.

Sounds neat. An '85 Cutlass is a classic?
