I went in 2005.  I've been wanting to go back ever since . . . but I can't this year.  Maybe next year will be the year I return to the camping scene in Homer the Super Bus.  8)  And maybe next year will be the year the Cubs win the World Series.   ;)

It has been a few months, but this time, I parked him and ran him out of gas.  It should be as simple as pouring in some fresh fuel and driving off.  Still gott'a fix the door . . . If I can find the piece I got at Swap-A-Paluza last year.  The big thing is I gott'a get insurance so I can get a tag.  I'm not dead broke, but I can no longer afford to pay insurance on a vehicle that sits in one spot for 3 years . . .

That might be an option this year.  Last year I had to have a car that I safely strap a car seat in because I had to take Liv to school every morning.  This year, she's changed schools and is riding the bus . . .

Well this was a fun campout! There were probably 65-70 buses there total so it wasn't as big as High Country. I got there Saturday morning and still managed to grab a site right on the water! The Nolichucky Gorge campground is beautiful and we had wonderful weather, not too hot. Overall had a great time and will definitely go back next year.
